Alex,
Thanks
for everything you have done with helping me to understand
investing in Nicaragua. It’s been over four
years now; two lots and two shares in a development
corporation with you guys – and every step of
the way you’ve taken the time to give me the
pros and cons of each situation.
For
example, many became – like me – worried
when Daniel Ortega was re-elected President. I’m
sure most would have came out and said, “Don’t
worry at all. Everything is just fine.”
That’s
not what you did. You sent out a letter sharing your
fears, concerns, and reserved optimism. You point
blank said, “I don’t know what to say
right now.” You gave both sides, and gradually
showed more and more optimism for the future based
on reality. It wasn’t contrived and what one
of my old coaches called a “false pepper (pep
talk).”
You’ve
also taken the time to share your advice and thoughts
on other areas of investment that had nothing to with
investing in Nicaragua. You are a great friend and
partner. I hope anyone looking at investing in Nicaragua
takes full advantage of the opportunity to at least
seek your council.
I
could be wrong, as you’ve often told me, but
I believe they will be glad they did a few years down
the road.
Please
feel free to post this letter on your website. I hope
what I’ve wrote here finds some eyes, and those
who read it won’t be kicking themselves AGAIN
for never even taking a shot at something that initially
feels uncomfortable…So did walking at one time!
No
one knows what’s going to happen. But we know
for sure those who wait, and what if everything in
life, will never experience anything great.
God
bless,
Mark

Dream Come True! Tom
Shaver works hard, has done all his life in Orange County
California in the landscape maintenance business. Tom
visited Nicaragua for the first time in 2003, after
his friend Ken Ross had told him about the country.
Tom fell in love with the place from the very first
day he arrived there, vowing to go back home and figure
out a way he could not only visit again, but maybe one
day retire there. more... |

from Hawaii |
My
wife and I again returned to Nicaragua after being gone
for 6 months to see the improvements if any in the country
and in the projects of Ken and Alex. Well the improvements
were tremendous the road from the airport to Granada
was improved for miles and miles. We live in Hawaii
and it takes months to go 2 blocks. Also the improvements
in Ken and Alex’s projects was phenomenal. These
two guys are totally committed to excellence and once
again we opened our wallets and joined with them in
future projects with retirement in mind down the road.
The great thing is they never ask you to do anything
they wouldn’t do themselves. So now we are back
in Hawaii looking forward to our next visit in 6 months.
Aloha

Alex
and Ken,
What a difference a year makes. You have done tremendous
work at Paradise Bay. I will be forever grateful for
what you have done with lot 16. The new clubhouse
is spectatcular. Both the view and the quality of
the work are incredible. Words cannot describe how
I feel about the view and the project. Your commitment
to excellence is apparent in everything I have seen
so far. Even though I was expecting the water and
power to be in place by now, I understand that it
was important to get the roads in properly first.
Hugo and Kevin have been very helpful in your absence.
I feel like part of the PDH family.
All I need is a T shirt :-)
I will send you a separate message outlining what
I would like to do
with lot 16. For now know that you have earned my
complete trust as we
continue this journey together.
By the way, I did go sailing on the Pelican Eyes Friday.
It was unbelievable.
The coastline was stunning. The service superb. Schools
of fish and dolphin
were everywhere. On our return back up the coast,
the most beautiful rainbow
I have ever seen stretched from one beach to another.
I will remember this
trip for the rest of my life.

Friend and Partner,

Robert Hudson - Hawaii |
"My
wife and I were looking for a place on this planet
like Hawaii and we looked and looked until we found
Nicaragua. Once we found it I researched about a year
and then we planned a one month trip there. We were
looking for a place to retire and build a house because
Hawaii has become so expensive. After talking to everyone
who had anything to with real estate at the end of
trip we decided to go with Ken Ross and Alex Wilson
they were the least pressure and had the best product
we could find. Also they are the developers and not
real estate agents which means right off the bat you
save 6 to 10%. Our experience with those two was the
best They went so far as to help us also get a property
they had nothing to do with. About Nicaragua it is
Hawaii 30 years ago and it is about one tenth the
price. The time to buy land is now what a great investment!!!!!!"

"With
the help of Ken and Alex, I have been able to realize
a lifelong dream of owning a piece of paradise in the
tropics. Now, where did I put those paintbrushes?"
"I have never felt like a client with Ken and Alex,
more like a friend. As a friend they have let
me in on some great opportunities. Thank you mis
amigos!" |

"Bud
and I have been clients of Alex and Ken almost right
from the start. Our first trip down to Nicaragua showed
us that everything they'd told us was just as they'd
said it would be and subsequent trips have only reinforced
our comfort level. Things have progressed just as they
said it would. You can trust what these two tell you.
We enjoy being with them as friends and investing with
them as clients. We're pleased to see how they support
the local population and proud to be a part of the changes
coming to this part of the world." |

"Having
visited most of Central America, we were intrigued by
the tropical beauty that is Nicaragua. Bob, Jon-Paul
and I were prepared for adventure but, were not prepared
for the raw magnificence of the sleepy town of San Juan
del Sur. We were delighted to meet Alex Wilson who represents
the Paradise Development Company. A knowledgeable and
personable man, Alex introduced us to some wonderful
properties located along the coast of southern Nicaragua.
We were educated as to the customs, traditions and history
of Nicaragua as well as land values and investment opportunities.
We came back to the United States full of enthusiasm,
excited about the real estate market in Nicaragua and
with the feeling that we had made a wise and informed
decision in purchasing land there. We hope to have a
long and profitable relationship with the Paradise Development
Company." |

"Thanks
again for a fantastic weekend. We loved it! Nicaragua
is amazing. We all fell in love. I told you i am not
going back to costa rica anymore. I am even planning
my next trip back to san juan del sur with a couple
of buddies. I cant wait to go back. We are extremely
excited in investing and owning a little piece of paradise.
Thanks again for all you did for us." |

"My
wife and I had many reservations about going to Nicaragua.
After visiting SJDS, we came away wishing that our vacation
would never end. We will definitely return!"
"The gentlemen at Paradise Development
went out of their way to show us every property available,
and to insure we had a great time in NICA. The
"high pressure sales pitch" never came. We went,
we saw, we bought, and we will return."

Doug and Rosemary - California

"SJDS
is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
I am very anxious to build a home there. Nicaraguan
people are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
This is a pleasant change from some of the countries
I have visited in the last year. It is the best
kept secret in Central America!"
"What can I say, Ken & Alex are
charming, intelligent, kind and are very concerned
for their clients. They make sure you buy the
right piece of land for you. Throw in Derek
and Erik and all of their friends and it comes up
- a plus. A Charming intelligent group to have fun
with and do business with."

"Beautiful
Country and should have a very positive future, both
tourist and investment wise for people that recognize
the potential."
"Very impressed with the personal attention
and the organized plan. Enjoyed the view of
the building sites. Out best thanks to Alex,
Ken, Jane, Max and Keith for the great effort you
all did for our great trip."

Tom - California

"Sorry;
there is not enough paper or time to explain my feelings
about what I am experiencing and seeing when I visited
Sand Juan Del Sur and the warmth of the people I meet.
Yes it puts me into Paradise."
"To Alex & Ken probably two of the
most honest and friendly people who encouraged me
to come see & invest. I only wished I had
done more so many thanks to what we have started."

"San
Juan Del Sur offers rest and relaxation; when one is
ready there is plenty of room for a variety of entertainment;
whether it be learning about Nicaragua's very interesting
history, visiting one or more of the many lakes and
volcanoes, fishing, beach bumming, or night clubbing.
It is my experience that it is rare that I didn't find
the citizens friendly and accommodating."
"Good investments are hard to identify
as my past experience can attest to. Paradise
Development Company offers a rare investment opportunity
that comes about, perhaps, Once in a decade.
It is one of the few companies that I can testify
is worth paying attention to."

Doug

"We
have 3 properties in Nicaragua. The town of San
Juan DS is in the top 3 in the county as far as we are
concerned and number 1 in small towns. Out property
at Cinco Bahias has been developed faster and more satisfactorily
than the other two."
"Very nice operations and honest."
